The department encourages its graduates to:

(i) continue their studies in Taiwan or abroad;

(ii) work for the Taiwanese government in the fields of educational administration or cultural affairs;

(iii) pursue appropriate careers in the travel industry, study aboard agency, publication companies, or in international  
      non-governmental organizations;

(iv) pursue academic careers in research institutions or universities;

(v) complete training in teacher education program and pass the governmental examination to be certified as secondary school 
     teachers.
