Sub-theme 1: Governance and Policy Alignment (university autonomy, quality assurance, cross-border degree recognition, etc.)

Sub-theme 2: Curriculum and Learning Innovation (SDGs competency-based curriculum, micro-credentials, bilingual/multilingual teaching and learning, AI, digital learning, etc.)

Sub-theme 3: Research and Knowledge Diplomacy (cross-border research communities, data governance, shared regional challenges, etc.)

Sub-theme 4: Social Practice and Local Revitalization (USR, COC, LINC, university–community co-creation, etc.)

Sub-theme 5: Campus Sustainability and Pathways to Net Zero (carbon footprint verification, energy management, green campus, etc.)

Sub-theme 6: Others

III. Paper Presentation (including all-English sessions)

Approximately 32 presenters.

IV. Panel Discussion

A plenary discussion involving all attending guests and participants.

V. Submission Guidelines

Please submit the “Author Information Form” together with either a Chinese abstract (not exceeding 500 characters) or an English abstract (not exceeding 300 words). The abstract should concisely articulate the research background, objectives, methods, and the principal findings or anticipated contributions.

Deadline for abstract submission: February 23, 2026 (Mon.)

Notification of acceptance: March 9, 2026 (Mon.)

Deadline for full paper submission: April 8, 2026 (Wed.)

Registration: March 2, 2026 to April 13, 2026
